Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 to USA, Canada and Mexico or $20 flat rate for orders under $100.

Estimates delivery times:

• United States: 5-7 business days
• Canada: 7-12 business days
• Mexico: 1-5 days business days 

Once your order has been dispatched you will be email tracking information. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 28th.Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
